ChatAgent integrates with the tools you already use. Connect your store, payment gateway, CRM, or automation platform to sync data and automate workflows.

Connecting an integration

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Find the integration you want
3. Click Connect
4. Follow the authentication steps
5. Configure sync settings
6. Verify the connection

Sync settings

Most integrations let you configure:

• What to sync — products, orders, customers, inventory
• Sync direction — one-way (store → ChatAgent) or two-way
• Sync frequency — real-time, hourly, or daily
• Conflict resolution — which source wins when data differs
