Conversations (shared inbox)
Section titled “Conversations (shared inbox)”This is where you spend most of your time. Every incoming WhatsApp message lands here — whether the AI handles it or a human picks it up.
- AI-handled — shows the AI response with a badge; click to review or take over
- Needs human — routed to your team based on your rules (complex questions, complaints, high-value leads)
- Resolved — conversations marked complete, searchable by contact or date
Filter by status, agent, or date range. Search by customer name, phone number, or message content.
Catalog
Section titled “Catalog”Your product catalog feeds the AI agents. They use it to answer questions, make recommendations, and help customers browse.
- Manual — add products one by one
- CSV import — bulk upload from a spreadsheet
- Store sync — auto-sync from Shopify, Tokopedia, or Shopee (keeps prices and stock updated)
Each product has a name, description, price, images, variants, and stock status. The AI uses all of this when responding to customers.
