Contacts
Contacts are your customer profiles. Every person who messages your WhatsApp number gets a contact record with their details, conversation history, and order data.
Contact list
Section titled “Contact list”Go to Contacts in the dashboard to see all contacts:

Contact profile
Section titled “Contact profile”Click a contact to see their full profile:
Details
Section titled “Details”- Name — from WhatsApp or manually set
- Phone — WhatsApp number
- Email — if collected
- Location — city/country (if available)
- First contact — when they first messaged
- Last active — most recent activity
Conversation history
Section titled “Conversation history”Every conversation with this customer, in chronological order. Includes:
- AI messages
- Human messages
- Customer messages
- System events (handoffs, status changes)
Order history
Section titled “Order history”Orders synced from your connected stores:
- Order ID
- Products purchased
- Total amount
- Order date
- Status (pending, delivered, returned)
Tags help you segment and filter contacts:
- VIP — high-value customers
- New — first-time buyers
- At risk — haven’t ordered in a while
- Complaint — had an issue
- Wholesale — bulk buyer
Creating contacts
Section titled “Creating contacts”Contacts are created automatically when:
- A new person messages your WhatsApp number
- You import contacts from a CSV
- A customer places an order through a connected store
You can also create contacts manually:
- Go to Contacts
- Click Add Contact
- Enter name, phone, and any other details
- Save
Importing contacts
Section titled “Importing contacts”Import from a CSV file:
- Go to Contacts → Import
- Upload your CSV with columns:
name— customer namephone— WhatsApp number (with country code)email— optionaltags— comma-separated tags
- Map columns and preview
- Confirm import
Exporting contacts
Section titled “Exporting contacts”Export contacts as CSV:
- Go to Contacts
- Apply filters (optional — export all or filtered)
- Click Export
- Choose format (CSV or JSON)
- Download
Contact segments
Section titled “Contact segments”Create saved segments for quick filtering:
- High-value — total spent > $500
- Repeat buyers — 3+ orders
- Inactive — no activity in 90 days
- New this week — first contact in last 7 days
Segments update automatically as contact data changes.
